Programming: We listen and collect all pertinent information allowing us to design to our client’s specific needs-functionally, aesthetically, within budget and on time.

Schematic Design: In this phase preliminary layouts and an overall interior design concept is presented featuring space plans, products and materials along with any unique observations.

Design Development: As the design progresses layouts are finalized for bidding, specific furnishings and finishes are determined and overall budgets are developed so final decisions may be made. Contractors and project schedules are solicited during this phase as well.

Construction Documents: Detailed drawings, specifications and budgets based on the approved design are finalized. A project schedule and budget is agreed upon by all parties so the project may commence. 

Contract Administration: We stay closely involved with the project through site visits, contractor meetings, order tracking and coordinating various deliveries and installations. A punch list shall be completed prior to completion.
